Sadly, the Beta state is often translated into stress, anxiety, and restlessness. The beta state of consciousness is plagued with indecision, regret, and a nagging inner critic who will try and derail virtually all of your efforts.
- Alpha
The second level of consciousness is commonly known as the deep relaxing state. This is a state where one can experience an amazing day dream and light meditation. It is in this state, where your intuition is the strongest.
- Theta
You enter the theta state when you engaged in deeper meditation. You can also enter the theta state when you go into a light sleep and even when you get into the deeper parts of sleep. It is in Theta state and during the REM state, Rapid Eye Movement that you not only begin to experience very vivid dreams. You can also experience a profound connection with the universe. In this state, the voices of your subconscious mind rise up, and thus you’re able to deal with deep seated trauma and unconscious programming. Theta state is also a level of consciousness where you can experience creativity and get exceptional insight. - Delta Frequency
Delta frequency is dominated by very slow sound waves. It is in delta state, where you experience a deep, dreamless sleep. Scholars and mystics believe that it is in this state, where we are able to access both the collective consciousness and the collective unconscious.
