Hollywood has quite the imagination.
We’ve all seen the images of the cotton stuffed voodoo doll with buttons for eyes, and straw for hair. We’ve seen the Hollywood movies where a woman is sticking needles in the doll to hurt, harm, or even kill her lover/ex lover. Hollywood has quite the imagination. In fact, the whole concept of the voodoo doll comes from the practice of image magic. It all started when people begin to create images of their enemies to be destroyed. Then, this practice grew into people creating dolls out of wax, wood, and cotton. In all cases, the overall goal was to replicate a person’s body and or soul.
The purpose of the voodoo doll is to create a “mini-me”
Yes, the purpose of a voodoo doll is to create a replica of you and or your lover. So, how do you go about doing this? Well, there are some people who use hair, fingernail clippings, and even blood to create a voodoo doll. I know, it sounds crazy. However, there is a viable reason for doing this, it is called DNA.
What is DNA?
DNA, are the tiny bits of information or code. These bits of energy are arranged in a helix and thus contain your entire body’s blueprint. So in dummy terms, your DNA is your instructions manual. So these little bits of coding are in your hair, in your blood, and in your fingernail clippings. But here’s where it gets a little complicated. One DNA strand contains your bodies’ entire blueprint. What does that mean? That means if I just have one strand of hair, one drop of blood, one fingernail clipping, I have access to your bodies entire blueprint. So, I have access to how your endocrine system works, how your respiratory system works, and how your reproductive system works. This happens because all of your bodies’ information is concentrated into that one little strand of DNA. Does all of this sound crazy? Well, it’s happening, right now as we speak with the cloning of animals. Scientists are taking DNA fragments to create replicas of animals, in particularly cows.
What does this have to do with voodoo dolls spells for love?
Well, scientists have also discovered that DNA fragments can survive outside of the body. These DNA fragments are also influenced by external factors. So what does all of this mean in dummy terms? How to make a voodoo doll?
There are tons of instructional videos, books, and articles on how to make a voodoo doll. However, the craftsmanship is only part of the deal. Remember, you need to focus your intention on creating a mini-me, a clone of who you are and who you’re lover/ex lover is. You don’t need to be overly complicated when making dolls. You can just tape together some twigs that you found outside. Then, you can use a pinecone as your head. This is probably the most basic way of making a voodoo doll, because you’re bringing the earth element into your magic.
Place the two dolls on top of each other.
Set your dolls on top of one another and set your intentions during the most powerful time of the day. Remember, love spells are about bringing together two polar opposites, yin/yang, masculine and feminine. So you want to set your intentions when night and day are colliding. So be sure to do this for at least seven days, and be sure to keep your heart open and pure.
